The Department for Local Government (DLG) processed the second round of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for non-entitlement units (NEUs) of local government on June 16, 2022. Cities received the funds through the mail.

Kentucky cities will receive a combined $931 million over a two-year period through the State and Local Fiscal Relief Recovery Fund, which is part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) President Biden signed in March 2021.
The Kentucky League of Cities is providing information as soon as we receive it on the allocation process and other pertinent city material.
