The Kentucky League of Cities Utilities Program serves as KLC’s voice in this vital service, ensuring that the utility needs of our cities are not only met but exceeded. The 2024 KLC Utility Wage and Salary Survey compiles data from the fall of 2024 of member utilities for several positions (water, wastewater, electric, natural gas, and telecommunications) that serve our cities. This information can be used to ensure that our utilities remain financially competitive so that they may continue to employ their current workforce and attract top candidates.
