The Mayor Ann C. Deatherage “Leadership Enrichment And Development” (LEAD) scholarship award recognizes a Kentucky mayor whose leadership demonstrates a passion for local public service and commitment to lifelong learning. The winner receives financial assistance to KLC conferences and learning events, including a full registration to the 2023 KLC & Conference & Expo, Sept. 19-22 in Lexington!
The award is specifically designed to benefit cities that have a limited education/training budget.
