Kentucky city leaders can add new tools to their toolbox in the battle against opioids.
The Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission is presenting an opioid symposium Oct. 5-6 at the Owensboro Convention Center. The symposium will include innovative approaches to prevention, treatment, and recovery. Attendees will also learn about grant writing from experts who will share best practices.
The event will feature panels comprising public health leaders, legal experts, and frontline practitioners who will share case studies and success stories from across the commonwealth.
