University Tuition Discount Partnerships through KLC

The fall school semester is here, and as a benefit to members, the Kentucky League of Cities offers two outstanding tuition discount programs for city officials, city employees, their spouses, and dependents.

More than 300 KLC members have taken advantage of these unique programs.

Eastern Kentucky University

KLC established an exclusive partnership with Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) to provide a 30% tuition scholarship for all programs and a 20% discount on workforce development courses. Eligible city employees, officials, their spouses, and dependents can receive 30% discounted tuition, free textbooks, enhanced customer service to assist them through the application process and dedicated academic advisors to guide them towards degree completion. The program applies to all on-campus, satellite campus, and online programs and can be used for multiple family members at the same time.

Midway University

KLC has partnered with Midway University to offer a 15% tuition reduction to all KLC member employees, officials, and their spouses and dependents for all evening and online programs. Learn more about the Midway program.
