Addressing the Gap: Kentucky’s Housing Supply Special Series

The Kentucky League of Cities and its partners the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and the Kentucky Affordable Housing Coalition (KAHC) collaborated to offer a series of learning events to continue the conversation on housing in Kentucky. The three-part series (two virtual and one in-person sessions) will help local leaders understand the current housing landscape and explore how to take steps to address housing needs.

In addition to the below online events, KLC will hold a special session on housing during the 2024 KLC Conference & Expo, being held Sept. 24-27 in Lexington.

Kentucky Housing Supply Gap: A Five-Year Projection

Don’t miss Kentucky Housing’s final report and five-year projections on housing in Kentucky during this session at the KLC Conference & Expo. KHC’s analyst will forecast the increasing need for housing supply across the commonwealth. A discussion of factors and trends will accompany the data presentation. The exact day and time for the session, which will be held during the 2024 KLC Conference & Expo, is still to be determined.
