KLC Insurance Renewal Applications Urgently Needed for Renewal

KLC Insurance members who have not submitted their renewal applications for property, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage need to act immediately. The deadline was set for March 23, but KLC will continue to accept applications for members whose policies expire on July 1, 2026. If you have not yet submitted the application, it’s critical to do so immediately.

Applications remain available on the insurance portal, and delays could impact your coverage. Don’t wait — complete and return your renewal as soon as possible to ensure there is no disruption in your insurance protection.

Policy contacts on file and any applicable agents would have received an email notification when the applications were available. The message included instructions for accessing the documents through the insurance portal and guidance on completing and submitting the forms electronically.

Failure to submit the renewal applications will delay receipt of your insurance renewal.

New for 2026 Renewals

KLC Insurance members with a combined premium of $50,000 or less for property, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage are not required to complete a renewal application this year. No further action is needed; those policies will automatically renew on July 1 based on current exposures.

To help maintain appropriate coverage levels, inflation factors will be applied to building, contents, and equipment values. Members should still report any changes that could affect coverage, including the addition or removal of vehicles, property, or equipment, as well as any new exposures to consider. Higher liability limits and deductibles are available upon request. Updates can be submitted through your local agent or directly to the KLC Agency or Underwriting Department. Policy contacts have received a separate e-mail outlining all items to be noted for this new process.
