First Report of Injury Intake and Nurse Triage
Kentucky League of Cities, Inc., as an administrator for the Kentucky League of Cities Insurance Services Association, is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm or qualified firms to provide first report of injury intake and nurse triage for the KLC Workers' Compensation Trust.
The selected contractor will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for members and claimants for claim reporting and nurse triage. The selected contractor should demonstrate the ability and adaptability to work with KLC to achieve best-in-class service and meet changing short- and long-term business needs and regulatory requirements.
Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on Jan. 5, 2026.
