During the 2021 legislative session, Kentucky signed SB4 into law, which prohibits law enforcement from using warrants “authorizing entry without notice” except in certain circumstances. This webinar will provide the details of the new law, what situations still necessitate the use of a no-knock warrant, and how no-knock warrants are properly executed.
