Receiving funds from the American Rescue Plan Act means that cities will have more money for projects and purchases. This session will discuss the proper rules with contracts, bids and requests for proposals (RFPs). It will also cover special issues with procurement, including splitting purchases, cooperative purchasing, open records, property disposal, and more.
