Cities have now received their first tranche of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, with the first round of U.S. Treasury reports due for most cities by October 31. Kentucky’s nine entitlement cities (Ashland, Bowling Green, Covington, Elizabethtown, Henderson, Hopkinsville, Lexington, Louisville, and Owensboro) were required to submit their first report by August 31. KLC continues to review Treasury requirements and guidance to ensure city leaders have the most up-to-date information. KLC Executive Director/CEO J.D.
