Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. This webinar will cover the historical and legal evolution of Title VII; illustrate the negative effects that discrimination and harassment have on workplace behavior; and raise awareness to reduce the risk of costly claims that could arise from workplace misconduct.
