City EDvantage Session: COVID-19 Effects on Your Mental Health and Community Well-Being

Tuesday, March 30
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. EDT

47% of U.S. employees have reported that COVID-19 has had a negative impact on their mental health.

The mental health effects of COVID-19 are as essential to address as are the physical health effects. This session will help us look at the health of our personal, professional, and community well-being. To aid individuals and communities during this time, Dr. Desreen Dudley will discuss how to balance yourself, recognize others' needs, and address the stigma of mental health.
