City EDvantage Session: DataMax - Identifying and Recovering Lost Revenues

Tuesday, August 11
2:00 - 3:00 p.m. EDT

This meeting will examine the latest information on how COVID-19 is impacting city budgets and financial conditions, and how DataMax’s service offerings can help fill the gaps by identifying and recovering lost revenues.

“Data Max is one company I absolutely recommend your city get involved with. As mayors, we know there’s no way we have the capability of watching every business that comes through our cities nor do we have enough staff to do so as well. There are just too many other things going on. Data Max can, and will. They are a great group of people to work with , and it’s so easy to get started. You’ll be surprised to see how much money this could mean for your city.”   Mayor Roddy Harrison, City of Williamsburg

Timely receipt of revenues has never been more critical for cities and municipalities. Charged with providing more services with less resources, revenue collection is a challenge for staff. DataMax specializes in helping municipalities capture lost revenues and enroll payors. Often companies conduct business and leave without obtaining a business license, reporting net profits or employees inside the city. Cities lose money every day when these revenues are not captured. Datamax services have been specially designed to meet the needs of municipal clients by supplementing their staff so they are reducing their workload while increasing revenues.
