This City EDvantage Session will touch on the historical context of PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing in the Commonwealth, recent updates to the PACE program, and the legal how-to of creating an Energy Project Assessment District (EPAD). The program will also review successful case studies of energy-efficient projects throughout the Commonwealth. Participants will walk away with hands-on knowledge of how to implement and engage in PACE financing for their own communities, promoting sustainable economic development while creating financing opportunities for commercial property owners.
