WEBINAR: Open Records Issues in Law Enforcement: Body-Worn Cameras and Internal Investigations

 

This webinar will review recent developments in the law that impact open records requests for body-worn camera recordings and internal investigative files of police officers. Attendees will gain a solid understanding of the current status of the law, including the new statutory requirements under KRS 61.168-169. Additionally, attendees will utilize real-world hypotheticals to explore the complex, fact-specific nature of these requests.
