City EDvantage Lunch Session: Successful City Projects Get Good Press

This event has ended.

Your new municipal project is sure to be front page news - but will it be good news?

Increase the odds that you'll get good press announcing that your project was delivered on time, in budget and with value. This session will provide you with a basic understanding of what project management is and why it’s important. With the right foundation you can avoid generating bad press due to delays, cost overruns and project failure.

REGISTRATION IS FREE AND LUNCH IS PROVIDED.

Presenters: Glenn Thomas and Cory Camic

Who should attend? City officials who want to run successful projects in a consistent manner.
