Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Summit

This event has ended.

Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws can be some of the most complex that local government officials address. This two-day comprehensive training is designed to educate ABC administrators on their many roles and responsibilities. Attendees will learn how local alcoholic beverage control interfaces with state control and will also gain a deeper understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, processes and legal issues.

Who Should Attend?:

The ABC Summit was designed especially for ABC administrators and other local government officials who work directly with alcohol licensing and fee issues in their communities.

This event qualifies for the following Continuing Education credits:

- 10.25 hours City Officials Training credit (includes 1 hour Certified Municipal Officer credit) and/or HB 119 Training Incentive Program credit through KLC

-  8.25 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) hours through the Kentucky Bar Association

- 10.75 hours of County Elected Officials Training credit (HB 810) through the Department for Local Government (DLG)
