KLC launched a new three-part summer series to help city officials tackle the important and complex issue of city finances. Focused on practical guidance and real-world application, each session in the series will take a deeper dive into critical areas that directly impact how cities operate and serve their communities.
They include:
- June 24: Budgeting Basics: What Every Elected Official Needs to Know
- July 22: An Introduction to Capital Budgeting & Debt Capacity
- Aug. 26: Understanding the Annual Audit Process
