Join the Kentucky League of Cities for the launch of the KLC Young Leaders Network, a new initiative designed to connect and empower young, elected officials and city employees serving in Kentucky’s cities.
This inaugural event will bring together rising municipal leaders for an afternoon focused on leadership development, networking, and meaningful conversations about the future of local government. Attendees will hear from experienced city leaders during an engaging generational panel discussion, gain insight into the strengths and perspectives each generation brings to the workplace, and connect with other young leaders facing similar challenges and opportunities. Whether you are new to municipal government or already stepping into leadership roles, this event is designed to help you expand your network, strengthen your voice, and invest in your future as a leader.
The KLC Young Leaders Network is not about separating generations — it is about creating opportunities for connection, mentorship, collaboration, and leadership growth while strengthening the future of Kentucky’s cities.
