Ready to Win Leadership Workshop

You heard him sing - now learn from his journey to success! Matthew Mitchell, a Wall Street Journal best-selling author, speaker, three-time SEC Coach of the Year, and the winningest head coach in the history of the University of Kentucky women's basketball program is ready to share his leadership insights. Continuing with the Get in the Game 2024 KLC Conference & Expo message, we are excited to offer the Ready to Win Leadership Workshop with Matthew Mitchell as a preconference to the City Officials Academy, which runs from January 15-17 in the same location—Embassy Suites UK Coldstream location in Lexington.

The half-day preconference workshop will include the following:

• An in-person workshop with Coach Mitchell 
• A signed Copy of Mitchell's new book, Ready to Win
• A Winning Tools Daily Planner PDF - a daily planner to get organized at the start of each day
• The Complaint Converter Masterclass - a separate, online masterclass that helps you eliminate complaints in the workplace
• The Winning Tools Signature Video Course - an 8-module course that goes through Mitchell's "Losing Tools" and "Winning Tools"
• A summit recording with multiple people interviewed on preparation, including former UK standout player Reed Sheppard
• Access to the Winning Tools Community - a Facebook group with behind-the-scenes access to book launches, exclusive content, and guest interviews

You do not have to attend the City Official Academy to attend the January 14 event.

Full participation in the workshop will earn attendees, 4 hours CMO Credit.

Please Note: Your registration for the Ready to Win Leadership Workshop on January 14 does not include the City Officials Academy from Jan. 15-17, 2025. If you would like to attend the City Officials Academy, you will need to register here.
