The Kentucky League of Cities and partners the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and the Kentucky Affordable Housing Coalition (KAHC) collaborated to offer a series of learning events to continue the conversation on housing in Kentucky. This three-part series will help city and local leaders understand the current housing landscape and explore how to take steps to address local housing needs.
This session will focus on the basics of what developers are looking for when considering projects (from developers) and provide an overview of the most important things cities can do right now to facilitate and incentivize future housing projects. This session will include ample time for questions and discussion.
