Kentucky's Housing Supply Gap: The Current Numbers

The Kentucky League of Cities and partners the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and the Kentucky Affordable Housing Coalition (KAHC) collaborated to offer a series of learning events to continue the conversation on housing in Kentucky. This three-part series will help city and local leaders understand the current housing landscape and explore how to take steps to address local housing needs.

This session will provide an early look at the 2024 Kentucky Housing Corporation Housing Supply Gap Analysis, a county-by-county examination of the current housing supply across homeowners and renters at a range of income levels. Hear from Kentucky city officials about how cities employ this type of data to create local housing strategies. The session will include ample time for questions and discussion.
