Join KLC Personnel Services experts for an engaging and informative seminar designed to empower and inform city officials about hot topics and pressing issues. Personnel-related issues are some of a cities' most difficult and time-consuming subjects. KLC created this day-long seminar at the request of our members to address the challenges of the modern workplace through the unique prism of how cities operate while avoiding costly pitfalls that can come with any personnel decision.
This seminar will focus on key topics such as legal changes in human resources, employee discipline, drug testing, uniformed employee issues, performance evaluations, continuous feedback, personnel files, and crafting personnel policies.
