Whether in person or virtual settings, disrespectful behavior, disagreements, cliques, and even bullying are part of modern groups. While we may complain about others, we should consider our own accountability, flexibility, and collaboration style. This session will help participants think about their work (and other) cultures and leadership development with discussions on working together despite personalities. We will also learn to identify personal strengths, appreciate what others bring to the team, and deal with criticism.
The facilitator will be Janelle McNeal, Ph.D., of True North Counseling & Development. Dr. McNeal specializes in helping high-achieving entrepreneurial and professional women successfully navigate this issue and other topics in the KLC Women’s Lunchtime Series. You will leave with new tools and the support and solidarity of your KLC and city official colleagues.
