City Day / City Night

This event has ended.

Book Hotel

Feb. 22, 2023, will be cities day at the Capitol!

We invite you to join us for City Day/City Night. The yearly event is an excellent opportunity for city officials to network, meet with legislators, and attend committee meetings.

City officials from across the state can visit the KLC Frankfort office throughout the day. The KLC Board of Directors meets at 8:00 a.m. EST. We encourage city officials to attend legislative committee meetings in the Capitol Annex and make an appointment to discuss local issues with your community’s legislators. KLC will hold the City Night reception at the Kentucky History Center beginning at 4:30 p.m. EST. You can find a phone number to schedule a legislative meeting and a full schedule of day-long activities below.

Join us for a day of city advocacy in the state capital. This is a great way for city officials to be part of the process and help enact bills that improve their community!

KLC will cover two nights at the Capital Plaza Hotel for board members. If you have questions, please contact Demita Kubala at 800.876.4552.
