This webinar is designed to engage workshop participants by identifying and understanding generational differences. Participants will have opportunities for self-examination and dialogue related to cultural climates needed to support a multigenerational workforce. In addition, strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and job satisfaction for Baby Boomers, Generations--X, Y, & Z will be provided.
