Presenter: Dr. Roger Cleveland, Director, Faculty Diversity & Development, Eastern Kentucky University

In this workshop participants will explore the concept of implicit bias and examine the dynamics inherent when different cultural backgrounds interact. Dr. Cleveland will lead participants in examining their own implicit biases and how our biases and perceptions can impact professional relationships, organizational climate, and productivity in the workplace. He will also provide strategies for disrupting or reducing implicit bias.
