"Overtime Rules Changing" Webinar Now On-demand

On September 24th, the U.S. Department of Labor released the final rule which will require employers to pay overtime to any employee earning less than $35,568 annually, no matter the employee’s duties. With an effective date of January 1, 2020, employers do not have much time to fall into compliance and must review employee classifications now to determine which employees may be impacted by the change, as well as budget implications.

Now on demand, this 1-hour webinar hosted by Andrea Shindlebower Main, KLC Personnel Services Manager, provides information on the changes, as well as what employers need to do now to avoid costly violations of the law. All registrants will receive a Final Rule Fact Sheet and FLSA Exemption Questionnaire.

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to on-demand viewing and instructions for receiving training credit. This webinar is offered at a year-end cost of $20.19 and will be available until January 15, 2020.
