The Commonwealth of Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC) Division of Waste Management- Kentucky Pride Fund offers grants to Kentucky local and state government agencies, school districts, and schools for programs and activities that help reduce waste and encourage recycling. Funding is intended to promote the development of infrastructure for composting and recycling programs, reduce solid waste disposal, and improve the management of household hazardous waste.
Composting Grant: To assist eligible applicants in their efforts to achieve a successful program to divert materials from being landfilled and direct them to composting, reusing, or other recycling options.
