Workers’ Compensation Policy Audits
The Kentucky League of Cities will be auditing the July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, workers’ compensation policies.
Members with workers’ compensation premiums greater than $10,000 will receive a field audit from AFIRM. A representative will contact you to schedule the audit. Members with premiums of less than $10,000 will be required to complete a self-audit. Information for the self-audit has been sent via email, including instructions on how to complete and submit the audit through the KLC insurance portal. Self-audits are due Sept. 15, 2025.
