Equity & Inclusion Series: Gearing up for Systematic Change

Organizations should gear up for radical and much-needed systemic changes that will impact the functioning of societies and workplaces. Leaders should do their best to combat discrimination against underrepresented groups in their organizations. This webinar will introduce and discuss policies that should be put in place to ensure that the workplace is a safe hub for every employee.

Participants will receive one hour per session of KLC City Officials Training Center (COTC) credit and/or House Bill 119 credit.
