The Middletown Police Department is seeking lateral and retired officer applicants for the position of part-time police officer. Applicants must currently hold a valid Peace Officer Professional Standards (POPS) certificate administered by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. The Middletown Police Department is a Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Accredited Agency.

• This is a part-time officer position (10 hr. shift A/B schedule)
• This position is primarily for a late-watch shift, with the ability to flex to other shifts as needed.
• Starting salary is $35.50 hour (includes $.50/hr. shift differential)
• Eligible candidate must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Take-home car program, all uniforms, equipment, and firearms will be provided

Salary Information: $35.50 Hourly
