GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this classification is to perform budgetary research and analysis regarding revenue projections, monitor the budget amendment process, and project cash flow. This position is also responsible for preparing reports, calculations, and analysis for various assigned projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public administration, or related field; and a minimum of four (4) years of experience including one (1) year in a relevant role using data management and analysis; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepares reports, calculations, and analysis for projects Interprets and explains budget changes Reviews, approves, and posts budget amendments Examines administrative review files for budgetary implications Analyzes expenditure data to identify areas of improvement Assists with the creation of the personnel budget

EXAMINATION

Will be a training and experience evaluation from information provided on the application at filing deadline date.

Salary Information: The minimum Salary is $23.771 per hour .
