The City of Mt. Washington is seeking a Human Resource Representative to administer all HR needs including payroll processing, certain payroll reporting as well as CERS Reporting requirements applicable to personnel throughout the municipality. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to, maintaining and enhancing the city’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, human resource policies and training programs. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development Management or related field is preferred (but not required).

Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager or Organizational Development Management.
