Health Insurance Trust Administration Services
Kentucky Local Government Health Trust (KLGHT or “the Trust”) is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to provide health insurance trust administration and program management services in accordance with the specifications outlined herein.
This solicitation is for a non-ERISA association Master Trust Agreement, and the selected contractor will serve as contract administrator for the trust. Contractors must demonstrate expertise and experience working with bona fide associations, consistent with recent Department of Labor advisory opinions and applicable state regulations.
