Code Enforcement Updates
KLC is excited to offer the 2018 Code Enforcement Update. This update addresses the statutory changes in code enforcement in the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2012 to present. Topics to be covered include the jurisdiction of code enforcement boards, options for cities in enforcement, changes in the notice provisions, and updated language for the forms. Attendees will receive a copy of the 2018 code enforcement manual, which includes model ordinances and forms. KLC’s goal is to provide a comprehensive review of HB 422 reform, HB 318 tweaks and, of course, to offer the long-awaited 2018 code enforcement manual. Lunch will be provided for these sessions.
