Alcoholic beverage control laws can be some of the most complex legal issues that local government officials address. The passage of Senate Bill 13 during the 2013 legislative session also brings many statutory changes that affect state and local ABC laws, licenses and licensing fees. This comprehensive training is designed to educate alcohol administrators on their roles and responsibilities. Additionally, attendees will learn how local alcohol beverage control interfaces with state control, as well as gain a deeper understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, processes and legal issues. The ABC Summit was designed especially for ABC administrators and other local government officials who work directly with alcohol licensing and fee issues in their communities. Complete agenda coming soon!
