2012-2013 KLCIS Safety Grant

2012 - 2013 Safety Grant Applications are NOW being Accepted!

The Safety Grant Program was developed in 1999, as a way for members to stretch their safety budgets. We know that when money gets tight, safety equipment is the first item to get trimmed. In the wake of a difficult year, we are proud to once again give our members the opportunity to apply for a safety grant.  Please note that we have made some changes to our Safety Grant Application.  All changes to the application can be found at the KLCIS website.

Eligibility:
The city or agency must be a current member of the Kentucky League of Cities Insurance Services (KLCIS) program with Liability or Workers' Compensation insurance.

We will only accept one (1) application per city or agency and will require a signature by the mayor or agency director.  The program offers 50/50 matching grants.  Members with a combined ANNUAL premium of LESS than $50,000 may qualify for a grant up to $3,000.  Members with a combined ANNUAL premium of MORE than $50,000 may qualify for a grant up to $6,000.
